- 1 / 5By Jack BurtonThe service at this Wendy's (8 Watkins Park Dr., Upper Marlboro, MD) is by far the WORST I have ever experienced at any Wendy's. I go to this store out of sheer convenience despite the fact that my order is frequently either incomplete or wrong. Today, (1/21/17) was the last straw when I received 3 undercooked hamburgers on my triple. I will be posting the picture and contacting the corporate office as this is the second time this has happened.March 19, 2017

I paid for large fries they gave me a small... paid for a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular chicken sandwich.. everytime I come here it's a series of problems.. customer service is terrible as well!!!
